How to Download Files (Purchased June 2017)

If you purchased your plan before June 2017 you would have done so using your our old store system. When we upgraded in July 2017 we emailed everyone providing updated passwords for their download pages. If you missed that, search your junk box.

If you are being taken to a download page with a new password you will need to contact support for them to manually verify you and send it. Please ensure you email with the SAME email you used to purchase the plan and provide any other details (such as an order number) if you have it.
