Wrong Purchase or Program Swap

If you have purchased the wrong program and NOT downloaded the files (Which we can check on our back end servers under your profile or IP) we can provide a replacement for the program you wanted. If the program costs more, you will be granted a coupon to deduct that amount and required to pay any excess.

Please note, refunds are not permitted if you purchased the wrong plan and then downloaded the files, as these are not returnable. It clearly states the program name on EVERY file so it's not possible to download the wrong files and open them by accident. 

Please triple check what plan you want before purchasing or opening the files.
